Message	Not the greatest city by any means but there are 3 drag strips nearby.... Mason-Dixon, Cecil County Drag Way, and Capital. The closest road course would be summit point in WV. You can definitely do a lot of auto-xing as well as there are many clubs in MD. As for emissions, not to tough. Thanks,
